Synopsis ·

In February 2012, three members of Russian feminist punk collective Pussy Riot performed a 40-second "Punk Prayer" against Vladimir Putin in Moscow's Cathedral of Christ the Saviour. They were arrested, charged with hooliganism motivated by religious hatred, and put on trial.
