Once a week, in a basement on South Street, a group of volunteer doctors, medical students, and translators run a free clinic for South Philadelphia's undocumented immigrants. Clinica de Migrantes follows the patients, doctors, and the friction between American medicine and the lives of the people it doesn't officially see.
